AKUBUEZE MUSIC MINISTRY

Bishop P.C.Akubueze is a minister in the word of God, an entrepreneur, an author and singer song writer. He is the founder and overseer of A. S. S. M., an organization which comprises of several outreaches that predominately minister the love of Christ to the social victims: the sick, prison inmates, orphans, alcoholics, drug addicts, and homeless children.

He also runs a spiritual counseling ministry that aids the Christians and non Christians alike in cases such as marital failures, unwanted pregnancies, and some cases of depression.

He is the founder and the Deputy Secretary-General of Epason Industry Belgium. An Industry that focuses on the production and publication of gospel music, stationery, and other Christian materials to strengthen the body of Christ.

AMM-denoting Akubueze Music Ministry, is the music division of P.C AKUBUEZE WORLD EVANGELISM currently based in the European capital city BRUSSELS-BELGIUM. It aspires to add another dimension of praise and worship of God where believers would find liberty and purity in hailing the King of kings--Jesus--with the contemporary voice of today's generation.

She convincingly believes that every gifted singer is a song writer and a communicator and thus strives to aid young misicians, singers and song writers on how to make their tongues the true pen of a skillful writer (Psalm 45v1), their songs' themes Christ centered (Psalm 22v25). And, in praising God, to pass on the divine instructions and counsels without distorting the goals and aspirations of a great Christian communicator (Psalm 16v7;Colossians 3v16).

Some might feel reluctant to sit under a tutoring desk to be taught the word of God, or on the church pew to hear about the Lord and what He has to offer humanity. But may easily want to listen to the Christian music with or without this need in mind. To contain this light, we sort to counsel, strengthen, inspire and give Christian education via our music.

We lovingly carry the Great Commission in heart (Matthew 28v19) and thus aim at making disciples of Christ of all people, presenting the saving power of Christ Jesus via the Christian music in various genres.

To us it is very vital to the success of any gifted singer. Because AMM longs to hear Jesus say to all its members on the last day: "Well done good and faithful servants ( Matthew 25v21 )," we truly do something about training our members from least to great not just on how and what to write and sing, but on how to win souls too for Jesus. This widened vision invites God to be a real partner in one's music ministry.

The gift is from God, we believe, and it is given to pass out His words and ways centered on and inspired from the Gospel. Having known the Gospel, it is very important to know also how to share it; that it takes God Himself to draw people toward Jesus ( John 6v37;6v44).Thus when God becomes real partner with a singer, the chances of success of the singer are indisputably great. So with joy we prepare them on how to take advantage of every opportunity to minister, to offer effective evangelistic services offensively and defensively when confronted in the street by a listener of their voice or whomever God might send along their way.

We believe that God has everyone in mind when dealing with just one soul. In other words, God can reach the world with just one simple, humble and yielding individual. It doesn't take God an army or a nation to reach others. To God it takes just few to reach millions (Deuteronomy 32v30). Of course, to reach the entire human generations for all time, it took just one beloveth Son of His --Jesus Christ.

What it takes is the willing yieldedness to His will. And you know His will is never selfish nor self-centred. it is out of the "Me, My and Mine realm." It's got to do with others. Having this in mind, we hold that the songs which God gives are not confined to one geographic area, cultural, linguistic or religious background. No, we break those barriers as we translate spiritual songs into different languages so make them readily available to Christians of other cultures and languages to join us in hailing our unique Lord and King--Jesus Christ.

One thing must be said here concerning singers and musicians we work with. We are a non denominational Christian organization but not a non biblical one. Denomination is not a barrier in teaming with any gifted singer or musician. But the Bible based principles as a standard of living might be, because we highly honor the word of God in our daily lives. Self absorbing the word daily in personal fellowship with the Lord is a priority, and we can always help you find this practice a joyful one. What a good balance! God bless you.

The group AMM-denoting Akubueze Music Ministry- is a fruit of a divine vision which aspires to add another dimension of praise and worship of God where believers would find liberty and purity in hailing the King of kings--Jesus--with the contemporary voice of today's generation.

Amm is amongst the Christian voices that speak from the angle of Christ talking about His love, power and works. It is a multicultural and multilingual musical voice which embraces varied styles as it expresses itself using meaningful sounds as common tools.

In our mission oriented ministry, there is diversity in unity where the music of many cultures, languages and styles just center on a common subject: Jesus. And also unity in diversity where our great and all time subject of praise: Jesus is proclaimed in all these cultures, via different languages and music styles. In the art of music, Jesus is truly the king of music.

Some people said they always learnt something of the Bible each time they listened to our music. It may sound candid, but this truth is quite subjective as each listener has something different to say of our music, having listened to it. Honestly speaking, our objectives are many folds.

From the Bible, we strive to instruct, edify, inspire faith and sinfree lifestyle, counsel and exhort the body of Christ generally via our Christian music. And also, we help connect to the Lord, the body of Christians from the sea of cultures, to forget self in lifting up high our unique Lord and Savior Jesus Christ in praise and worship.

The Christian music is unlike any other, because we've got one dominating Subject--JESUS--that's portrayed in the lyrics of the countless Christian singers and musicians. We do not talk about ourselves nor do we glorify humans and their deeds. Only God is and should be glorified via any true Christian music. In this light, we do try to sound like the Amm. However, we owe our music principally to the Lord and to all the Christian singers of all ages who had been faithful in talking about the Lord, His love, works and power. And whose music we have been privileged to have listened.

We are not solely established on a fixed style and do not necessarily play all styles. However, because we call music making a service in the ministry, varied styles might be inevitable to help penetrate the Gospel into a foreign culture. The Christian Gospel music is a contemporary one which absorbs the ever changing styles of today's music to reach a diversified race of people.

No two music makers sound exactly the same. There are always those finishing touches, that evolving individuality, that refining attributes which define one music maker fully from the other. And the listener, as an umpire, stands in the best position to tell of these defining qualities.
